1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 55q ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 55q website, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services, and any other products or features offered through the platform.

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any part of the 55q platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2Eligibility

To open an account and use the 55q platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 55q does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, access, or use any part of the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 55q account. Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended and any outstanding balances forfeited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion request previously submitted to 55q or to any other online gaming platform where a cross-exclusion arrangement applies.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

55q reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

3Account Registration

To access the full 55q platform, you are required to create a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a password, and basic personal details. By completing registration you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account-access information with any other person.
• You must notify 55q immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 55q will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.
• Each player may hold only one account. The detection of duplicate accounts will result in all accounts associated with the same individual being closed. Any winnings or bonuses generated across duplicate accounts may be voided.
• 55q may, at its sole discretion, refuse any registration application or close any account at any time, including where it reasonably suspects that a registration violates these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights of any third party.

55q may implement identity verification (KYC) procedures at any stage of the account lifecycle. You agree to co-operate fully with any KYC request, including providing government-issued identification documents and proof of payment method ownership when required.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

55q supports the following deposit methods for Bangladesh players. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 55q reserves the right to apply transaction monitoring for unusually large single deposits.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits from payment accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder will be returned and may trigger a KYC review.
• Deposits are credited to your 55q account balance once the payment provider confirms receipt. In the case of technical delays on the part of the payment provider, 55q accepts no liability for the delay but will work to resolve the issue as promptly as possible.
• 55q does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please check your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay terms for applicable fees before initiating a deposit.

Withdrawal terms are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect account holders.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete. 55q aims to process verified withdrawal requests within normal operating hours but does not guarantee a specific processing time.

5Bonuses and Promotions

55q offers promotional bonuses including a welcome bonus for new members and periodic promotions for existing members. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• The 55q welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only. The bonus matches a percentage of your first deposit up to the maximum stated in the current promotion. Welcome bonus terms, including minimum deposit thresholds and wagering requirements, are displayed at the point of registration and on the promotions page.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be specified in the promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Bonuses may only be used for the categories of games specified in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses apply across all game categories on 55q. Some games may contribute to wagering requirements at a reduced rate — refer to the specific promotion terms for contribution rates by game type.
• 55q reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-period, any wagering already completed by eligible players will be honoured.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion between players to exploit bonus structures, use of automated betting tools, or any other strategy determined by 55q to constitute abuse — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings and may result in account termination.

6Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

Your use of the 55q platform must at all times comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 55q and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent termination:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to use the platform for any illegal financial purpose, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Use of any automated software, bot, script, or exploit to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform's game systems.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets or sharing information in live dealer games in a way that gives a systematic unfair advantage.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using a false identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing any account restriction.
• Any attempt to reverse engineer, hack, tamper with, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the 55q platform, its servers, or its payment infrastructure.

55q reserves the right to void bets, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected, and to take such further action as may be appropriate, including reporting the matter to relevant authorities in Bangladesh.

7Responsible Gaming

55q is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit limits: you may request a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on your account. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increases to an existing deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Session reminders: 55q can display a notification after a set period of uninterrupted play reminding you how long your current session has lasted and prompting you to take a break.
• Self-exclusion: if you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life, you may request a self-exclusion period of between one month and five years, or a permanent self-exclusion. 8Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of 55q.

Game software and content on 55q is provided under licence from third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All rights in those games are retained by the respective providers. 55q does not claim any ownership rights over third-party game content.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55q shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other loss or damage of any nature, even if 55q has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

55q makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free from errors or technical faults, or that any specific game outcome will result from any particular bet. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems operated by licensed game providers and are outside the direct control of 55q.

10Account Suspension and Termination

55q reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time where it reasonably believes that one or more of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, including providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in prohibited conduct.
• 55q is required to close the account in order to comply with any applicable law, court order, regulatory requirement, or instruction from a competent authority.
• The account shows signs of fraudulent activity, collusion, or abuse of promotional offers.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonuses — may be forfeited at the discretion of 55q. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (other than self-exclusion), any remaining eligible balance will be paid out to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks.

11Privacy

55q collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. By registering an account on 55q, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 12Amendments to These Terms

55q reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. 13Governing Law
